AREAS OF EXPERTISE
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word®, FrameMaker®, and SGML using Adept Publisher® and FrameMaker+SGML®
- Able to technically edit writing group output so that it is grammatically correct and consistent with the House Style Manual
- Experienced in managing a writing group of up to six people
- Capable of researching a course area, developing course material, and delivering that course
- Able to design and create graphic material to enhance understanding of complicated or difficult concepts
- Able to create documentation using Information Mapping®
- Able to develop a Web-site using Microsoft FrontPage® and enhance it using HTML
