Matthew Williams, drummer extraordinaire, joined the Blarney Brothers in 1995. Not full time at first, Matt had numerous other commitments, but he made time to record Stuff and Nonsense with the band. They had so much fun they kept playing as a six-piece as often as Matt's schedule permitted. Eventually, The Blarney Brothers stood the test of time and became the number one focus for Matt. It's been a marriage made in heaven, because he was just the catalyst needed to drive the sound where it needed to go. Not just a drummer, Matt adds vocals, the occasional tasty guitar part and behind the scenes arrangements for songs that make him a valuable member of the team.
