Going Skating
Wow! I don't know how it got to be May already! One of the first things I do every month is scoot on over to Nova Notes and The Mighty Kymm's Hedgehog Tales to see their new designs. They re-design monthly.
Speaking of new designs, I want to know what you think about this one. In my browser, it looks ok; I can read the text and everything. I'm concerned that this might not be the case in other's browsers. I don't want to have one of those pages that you have to highlight the text in order to read it. So, click on the feedback thingie on the (new) sidebar and tell me what you think and make your suggestions.

When checking my stats, I nearly always look to see where my hits are coming from. If I don't recognize the URL; I click on it to see what it is. Last night, there was a new (to me) one. It was the Open Pages Statistics page. I'm number twelve on Top 25 Sites Receiving Traffic from the Web Ring. That's interesting.
I wonder what makes someone get hits from the webring. Most of my hits seem to come from the site before mine in the ring, a high school girl named Mary. She, however, is not listed on the stats page, so I'd guess that her site is popular from other means and folks just click the nextlink from there. A good number of hits apparently come from folks clicking the random link as well.

Speaking of where hits are coming from, I notice I've become somewhat popular with the McKinney Independent School District. Now, I wonder why that is? Do you suppose Katie and her friends have anything to do with that? ::::waving:::: Hi Katie!!!

This evening will be Jason's birthday celebration. The plan is to cook out, eat cake and go skating. That should give me some fodder for tomorrow's entry, now shouldn't it?
