Although listed in Ozark Heritage - Dent County Families & Cemeteries, Vol 3 as the child of Andrew & Katherine, he is recorded on the 1850 Grainger Co., TN Census as being 5 yrs old and living with Nancy. Since Katherine died in 1839, she could not have been his mother.
