FermCalc Download & Installation Instructions

To install FermCalc, follow the instructions below. Regardless of your operating system, you'll need to have the the Java Virtual Machine installed on your computer for FermCalc to run.

Installation Instructions for Windows (2000/XP/Vista/7)

1. Click the download link below to download the FermCalc installer for Windows (FermCalc_setup.exe).
2. Choose the "Save" option and save the file to the location of your choice. (This option will vary depending on which web browser you're using.)
3. Double-click on the Fermcalc_setup.exe file that you just downloaded to install FermCalc.
4. Launch FermCalc using the FermCalc shortcut on the Desktop or in the Start Menu.

Installation Instructions for Other Operating Systems

1. Click the download link below to download the FermCalc executable (FermCalc.jar).
2. Choose the "Save" option and save the file to the location of your choice. (This option will vary depending on which web browser you're using.)
3. To run FermCalc, execute the the following command in the directory where you saved the file. (You can probably set up a script or batch file to do this.):

   java -jar FermCalc.jar

  Download the FermCalc executable (version 1.72)
