Then Little Rock, Ark., Louisville, Ky., Chicago, Ill. and last but not least, Fort Worth, Tx. where I have resided since 11/79. Background: Swift & Company, 23 1/2 years in Little Rock, Arkansas and Chicago, Illinois. The facility closed it's doors in 10/89 and I found myself over qualified for any job in my field or in other words, "couldn't find a job". Turned out to be the best thing to ever happen to me. Gave me the opportunity to try something I would never have had the courage to try, traveling and meeting people across the US at Hobby and Craft Shows. I've been doing Model Train, RC Airplane, EAA Air Shows, IMPS and many other types of shows since January, 1990 and I love it. I'm an "N" Scale Model Railroader myself and think it's the greatest to meet others of the same interest. We will have the same fun and a few surprises in store for those of you who live in or vacation in the Shipshewana, Indiana area, at the Shipshewana Flea Market, space 290, located downtown, state hwy. 5. Shipshewana is an Amish village that is basically craft, furniture, food and fun oriented with a wonderful water park across the road from the market.
