Ordering on-line is simple, but with over 700 items for sale we've needed to divide our site into several sections, each section has a similar method of item purchase using our "Secure Shopping Cart Service". On pages such as 'Model 100 Airbrushes', you will see self explanatory 'Shopping Cart Buttons' displayed next to our product photos.
On other pages, such as 'Tweezers' a large photo of our Tweezer selection is presented and clicking on any 'individual' pictured tool will display product information and the usual 'Shopping Cart Buttons' at the top of the page.
And finally, the third method of purchase is for the areas that offer numerous similiar items, on 'ModelFlex™ Railroad Paints' for example, a Qty. box is located next to each color available and is used to select the color you wish to buy. After selecting a qty for ALL colors you wish, then use the 'Add to Shopping Cart Button' in that section to purchase all your selections at one time.
"Shopping Cart Buttons" are located throughout our site and at any time you may use them to review your purchases by clicking the 'View your Shopping Cart' button. A new screen will appear similar to the sample below. Please note that you may adjust your selections by clicking 'Increase Quanity', 'Decrease Quanity' or 'Remove Item'. When your order is correct to your satisfaction, then click 'Goto Checkout' to complete your order information. Remember, our service is "SECURE", your credit card information is safe with "The Tool Man".
Once you have completed your order and are satisfied, click on the "Goto Checkout" and you will be given a choice of ordering options:
- Order by credit card on-line.
- Order items securely online to be shipped to you.
- Gift Order by credit card on-line.
- Order gift items securely online to be shipped to recipient.

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation via
e-mail so you know your order is being processed. We usually process
orders within 24 hours & ship via U.S. mail. Expect receipt of your order (within the continental U.S.) within 2-4 weeks. If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you via e-mail.
** There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
If you prefer using the US postal service, click "Order Form" and print a hard copy order form on your printer (using your browser's print function) , fill out the form completely and FAX or Mail it to us. Please be sure to include your:
-NAME
-SHIPPING ADDRESS
-PAYMENT METHOD
* Payment may be by Money Order, VISA or MASTERCARD,
(make sure to include both Card Number and Expiration Date)
* payment must include shipping costs (see below**)
*E-mail and Telephone orders are also accepted.
*If no printer is available, please write out on a piece of paper, the item number, description, complete shipping address, credit card number and expiration date.
