Your "chips" model looks great, just not high-tech enough for the crowd in
the valley. you may want to add in super-fast rambus dram modules (see
http://www.rambus.com for pictures) onto this board. our drams run at a
whopping 800mhz!! mitsubishi by the way is one of our licensees and will
use our technology.
take care and keep up the good work..

Do you have hires versions of your
amazing renderings? I'd like to print some
A3 size (thats 30x40cm) laser color 300dpi pictures.
At that size at least 1000 x 1200 or so resolution
looks cool. In a glass frame it looks
absolutly stunning.

I friend I know put a link to your 'You've been in Japan
too long when...'. It's really funny. I've been thinking of
visiting next year. I wondered if you don't
feel restless after moving from one country
to the next. I've been doing the same for
the last three years and I feel like I'm afraid
of settling down for too long. Wonder what your opinion is.
Anyways, your site is very slick indeed. Keep it up!

i like the space far side picture. is that a rip-off picture also or is
that an original. i think that the caption should read "Under Construction"
as it does now - to imply that the 'space guys' decided that the ladder was
still 'under construction' once their buddy tested it and fell to the
ground.

Great Webpage, have'nt looked at it all yet - will do so when I get the
time again.

More so for your collection of Far Side cartoons. I'm looking for a
particular Far Side Cartoon that I saw a while back, on the Internet
even, but now I cant seem to find it again. I was wondering perhaps if
you have it ?

I'm not sure what its entitled, but its a picture of a lady reading a
book and the caption goes "Like most veterinary students, Martha breezes
through Chapter 7" .. and the picture is magnified to that of the page
she is reading which says "Equine Medicine : Sore Foot - Shoot .. Runny
Nose - Shoot .. Bad Eye - Shoot" .. have you ever seen this perhaps ??

just to say how much i enjoy your superb pictures i found on the web, after keying in 'the floating world' in alta vista! keep up the exquisite work...my favourite is the buddha, utterly brilliant, but can i express a most humble opinion? my feeling is the red guard rails around the buddha are too strong, and to me anyway seem to detract from the power of the statue itself, the eye is constantly being pulled towards them. of course they are gloriously painted, but nevertheless hold a sway in the picture. i would be tempted to mute them slightly, but then again it may be the way my monitor is set up.

a minor observation, however, and the buddha picture otherwise is breathtaking and painted with such subtlety.

keep up the illumining and inspiring work!

Hi, i love your new comic. i have a suggestion for a new one. it's 2
birds in a tree, the tree is on fire, and one bird is climbing down
sheets tied together. The other one is waiting for his turn. The
caption is stupid birds. I think that you could make that even better.

I very much enjoyed your 3-d samples posted on your home site. i was searching for gary larson/far side material and found plenty of sites of which yours was top 3rd to 5th listing. i don't think i ever saw that one but i consider myself a real fan of g.l. and, in fact, stopped all reading of funny pages since he ceased his daily dose. i explored your other renderings and found all very interesting. as a real novice at computers and just now seeing friends write some programs, i cannot even fathom the work that goes into each 3-d drawing. thanks for putting up those samples; which leads me to a question... i'm involved with a new travel site and wondered have you ever considered city maps or relief style 3-d "airplane views" of popular cities? is it something you feel could translate to your style? or do you know of anyone doing same? your input would be much appreciated. wishing you continued success.
