MUSHROOM PASTA


Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Sliced Mushrooms
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sherry Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Servings of Pasta (Vermicilli)
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions:
    Saute the mushroom with the chopped onion and minced garlic in the oil and vinegars. Serve over pasta.

    Suggestion:
    This is very good on a baked potato
