Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Bullet 1/2 cup celery, chopped

Bullet 1/2 cup onion, chopped

Bullet 1 Tbsp butter

Bullet 1 Package frozen chopped broccoli

Bullet 1 cup uncooked rice

Bullet 1 can cream mushroom soup

Bullet 1 can cream chicken soup

Bullet 1 small jar Cheese Wiz


    Saute celery and onion in butter. Cook broccoli and rice as directed on package, drain the broccoli. Combine soups and cheese and heat at low temperature until cheese melts. Add rice, broccoli and celery, onions and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
