  • Participated in the design and development of the Know Your Customer software, a customer profiling system used to detect fraudulent behavior and to satisfy regulatory rules requiring banks to monitor customer activity. 
  • Design and development of product upgrades and regulatory changes to currency reporting and monitoring system (CTR), Wire Transfer monitoring system (WTS), and suspicious activity reporting and monitoring system (SAR)
  • Provide customer support, installation services, product training, product enhancements, custom coding services, and marketing support. 
1994 - 1996: Independent Consultant, Dallas, TX:
  • Texas Commerce Bank: System analysis, development and maintenance for bank's item processing department. 
  • Tandy Corp: System analysis, development and maintenance for various retail applications. 
  • MBNA Bank: Participated in the bank's effort to redesign and upgrade their credit card processing by identifying and documenting rules defined within their current processing modules, mainly written in assembler.
